7:00-8:00 Land of Sweets Opening & Finale (Full Youth Company, Nutcracker Prince, & Gideon Porter)

12:30-1:30. Party Scene (all: Clara, Party Children, Nanny, Butler, Maid, Chef, Dolls & Drosselmeyer)   
1:30-2:30  Battle Scene  (all: Clara, Nutcracker Prince, Nutcracker, Mouse Queen, Drosselmeyer, Soldiers, Baby Mice) 
2:45-3:45  Snow (all: Snow Queen, Leads, Corps, & Snowflakes) 
3:45-4:15  Angels  (all Angels)
4:15-5:00 Land of Sweets Opening (Sugarplum, Gumdrops, Clara, Nutcracker Prince, Gideon Porter, + assigned Youth Company… see YC listed below)  
5:00-5:30. Gingerbread Family
5:30-6:00  Mirliton (all Mirlitons)

3:00-4:30 Act 2  (except Angels and Supporting Cast Gingerbreads) (Gumdrops will be done by 3:45/4:00) 

Friday, December 9th

DRESS REHEARSAL Monday, December 12th:   

-at New Braunfels Civic Center 

-full hair & costumes for Cast A. (No show make-up today.) 

-Arrive and be ready in costume sitting with your group in the auditorium 30 minutes before your scheduled rehearsal time listed below… *ALL Youth Company is 4:30-9:15.*

5:00-5:45  Act 1 Cast A (in costume)

6:00-7:00  Act 2 Cast A (in costume)

7:15-8:00  Act 1 Cast B (NOT in costume)

8:15-9:15  Act 2 Cast B*(NOT in costume) (*May be cut short in order to end on time.) 

Supporting Cast notes:

*Baby Mice: will be just the first run of Act 1 (5:00-5:45)

*Snowflakes: will be just the first run of Act 1 (5:00-5:45). Snowflakes may run their part one additional time for spacing if needed, but will be done after that, 

*Angels: (the Supporting Cast Angels) will be both runs of Act 2, but will be dismissed promptly after running you part for the 2nd time  (should be done by 8:30pm) 

*Gumdrops: will be just the first run of Act 2 (6:00-7:00)

*Soldiers: (will be both runs of Act 1) 

*Gingerbreads: will be just the first run of Act 2 (6:00-7:00) (Will run it twice) 

*Mirlitons: (the Supporting Cast Mirlitons) will be just the first run of Act 2 (6:00-7:00), but may run your part a second time after finale

—Warm-up Youth Company, Soldiers & Chinese 4:45pm-5:15pm

 —Doors open to our audience at 6:15pm 

 —Act 1 dressed & ready by 6:15pm

 —Show starts at 7:00pm

 —Act 2 dressed & ready by 7:15pm

For the Saturday 2pm show:

Arrive 11:30am* with your hair & make-up already done.
