ASSISTANT DIRECTOR | ELIZABETH DOCTER
Miss Elizabeth Docter says that she fell in love with dancing at the age of two, when she put on her very first ballet tutu, and learned to twirl and tap dance. She began teaching for SCBD in November of 2010, became a co-owner at the beginning of 2013, and enjoys passing on a love & enthusiasm for dancing to her students...

ANNE LOUISE PORTER | INSTRUCTOR
Miss Anne Louise has danced with SCBD since 2013, and began teaching classes of her own in Fall of 2020. She hopes her students will experience the delight and beauty she did as a wide eyed 9-year girl leaping and twirling around in her first ballet classes.
Miss Porter is currently a college student at San Antonio College, studying American Sign Language, hoping to help build the bridge between the hearing and Deaf Community.

MOLLIE CLAIRE DOCTER
Miss Mollie Claire Docter grew up in the ballet studio as a founding student of SCBD. She began teaching her own classes in 2020, loves teaching her students, and is currently training to perform the roles of Snow Queen & SugarPlum Fairy in SCBD's December presentation of "The Nutcracker".

COLLETTE WELTY
Collette Welty began her dance training at the age of 3 with the Houston Ballet Academy. Her love for dance became her passion at the age of 13. She has performed with Ballet Bellevue, Bellevue WA as well as completed Summer Intensive under the direction of Ron Tice & Magali Messac. Founded in 1974 Pacific Northwest Ballet School ( formerly Ballet Bellevue), is recognized as one of the top three ballet training institutions in the United States...
